The goal of the club is to play recreational field hockey in Madison, WI. All levels and experience are welcome.
Our Summer Outdoor Session starts on May 14, 2024 and ends October 1, 2024. Practice sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays at 6:30 - 8:00 PM at UW Marching Band Field.

Is this the same as the previous Madison Field Hockey Club?
We are aware that a field hockey club used to play in Madison, at least through 2018 (see Facebook, Google Site). We haven't been able to contact them to date, so assume that they are no longer practicing.
I am a University of Wisconsin student, member of faculty, or staff. Can I join?
Yes! There is a co-ed club team at the University of Wisconsin. However, you are also welcome to join us!
I play for the University of Wisconsin Field Hockey club. Can I play?
Yes!
When and where are your practices? How much does it cost?
2024 Summer Outdoor Session, (6:30 PM to 8:00 PM) @ UW Marching Band Field (702 Walnut St, Madison, WI 53705)
Dates: May 14 - Oct 1
Dues: Dues for the Summer Outdoor session are $45 per person. You will receive a PayPal invoice once you sign up. Dues cover gym renta equipment, and insurance and include WI Sales tax. Drop in dues are $5 per session and include WI Sales tax.
Do I need equipment?
We have limited spare sticks available. Please let us know if you are interested and we can identify what we have available. Please bring: mouthguard, shin-pads, and a light and dark shirt.
I am interested but I'm not sure that I can attend all the practices. Should I still sign up?

Can anyone join?
Yes! Co-ed club, no experience necessary. Minors will need permission from a parent/guardian.
